Marriage-Officiant

Your ceremony may contain traditional and contemporary elements of your choosing, as well as unique, and inspired elements that we create together. The ceremony is telling your love story to your guests. These days couples want the words they speak to come from their heart. I will provide an intimate ceremony for your elopements or even a larger gathering. No two couples are alike, so your ceremony is tailored to you. I welcome all lifestyles, religious or non- religious ceremonies.

WEDDINGS

Wedding celebrations have become progressively more personalized and while couples continue to honor tradition, they're also finding new ways to express their voices and showcase their personalities. Style My Event will ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly, covering every detail. Leaving you, your family and guests to enjoy the day! We offer full event planning for your big day to make sure everything runs effortlessly. You can also choose anything in between from partial event planning advice or just a personal planner the day of your event. We will work with you to make your wedding day memorable. Complete Wedding Planning
• Initial client consultation (getting to know our couple)
• Unlimited email or phone calls (from time of signed contract) • Five consultation appointments (to be used at your discretion)
• Budget development worksheet, important to establish expense priorities
• Ceremony/reception location research. Once we are able to envision your style we will present selected locations and information to you for final approval.
• Invitation selection and wording • Wedding design concept and development
• Arrange and attend vendor and site appointments
• Assist with transportation for guests
• Contract negotiations and finalization of all agreements
• Assistance with hotel accommodations, rates and room blocks for our of town guests (if needed)
• Assistance with any activities and special events for out of town guests • Finalize guest count with venue
• Assistance with your wedding rehearsal

Partial Wedding planning

• Confirm all arrangements made by wedding couple ,check on arrival times for all vendors
• Assist with transportation for guests • Budget review
• Corresponds with bridal party members for wedding rehearsal
• Wedding day management (supervise vendor delivery and set-up (limitations apply)
• Style My Event emergency wedding day kit
• Manage timing and execution of wedding/reception events
• Two coordinators onsite the day of wedding/event (up to 8 hours) additional hours may be added (inquire within) PRICES ARE BASED UPON A CUSTOM PROPOSAL (number of guests, wedding date, location of ceremony and reception, the number of months in advance the event is secured).
Day of Wedding Coordination
