How much does a Las Vegas marriage license cost?
As of now, the fee is $102, payable by credit or debit card. Prices are subject to change, so it's best to check the Clark County Website before your trip.
Do we need a marriage license to get married in Las Vegas?
Yes! You’ll need to obtain a marriage license from the Clark County Marriage License Bureau. There’s no waiting period, no blood test, and it's issued the same day. Both parties must be present with valid ID.

How far in advance should we book our elopement?
While last-minute elopements are possible, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your ideal location, photographer, and any add-ons like a helicopter ride or romantic dinner.
Can you help with proposals, too?
Absolutely! We create memorable proposal experiences in stunning settings like helicopter rides, desert views, or private rooftop spots. Let us help you plan the perfect "yes!" moment.
How far in advance should we book a larger wedding?
For larger weddings, we recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance. This gives us ample time to secure your ideal venue, coordinate with vendors, and design all the custom details that will make your day truly unforgettable.
That said, if your date is sooner, don’t worry—we’re experienced in planning on tighter timelines and will do everything we can to bring your vision to life.
